The commercial cooktop series is designed with adjustable feet for bench-top placement restaurants, cafes, take-away joints and catering businesses. Made from type 304 stainless steel, this piece of equipment is corrosion resistant and easy to maintain and clean.

Operated by independent Robertshaw controls and valves, the cooktop has cast-iron trivets and heavy-duty burners with a stable flame, standby pilot and flame failure safety valve. Compatible with either natural gas or LPG, this cooktop is certified by SAI Global Australia-wide under licence number SAI-400248 to Australian Standard  4563-2004.

Installation and Maintenance

• Due to the commercial nature of this equipment, please employ a qualified gas plumber for installation in accordance with your local council code and obtain an Installation Compliance Certificate to signified that it has been installed safely and correctly.
• Read product manual thoroughly before installation and operating the unit to ensure correct instructions are followed.
• Check and ensure gas regulator is set to Natural Gas or LPG as per requirement.
• Check and ensure gas pressure complies with the gas type being installed.
