The IMR30 differs from our smaller Italian-made mixers in that the top section is raisable and the bowl is removable, The specially shaped spiral allows for a perfectly mixed dough in just a few minutes. The bowl, spiral, as well as central column and protection grid, are made from high-quality stainless steel. The gearbox of this mixer is designed to be as quiet as possible with an oil bath gearbox.
